About Founder

Omolabake Bada is the founder of WTC, building pathways for young people to move from potential to purpose. With a foundation in psychology and behavioral support, her work focuses on equipping young people with the skills, confidence, and real-world awareness needed to navigate complex systems and shape their own futures. She designs programs that go beyond traditional learning, centering leadership, community engagement, and practical life skills.
Omolabake’s approach is rooted in faith and impact: breaking down social challenges into solutions that are accessible, relevant, and sustainable. She uses creative storytelling as a tool for advocacy, centering diversity, equity, and lived experience in her work. She is committed to ensuring that the voices of young people from diverse backgrounds are reflected in the systems meant to serve them.

Through WTC, she is not just supporting young people; she is helping to redefine how they are prepared, heard, and empowered to lead.
