About Us

Our Story

At We and the Children (WTC), we are more than just a non-profit organization; we are a movement fueled by faith, love, and a deep commitment to empowering children, adolescents, and families worldwide. Founded by Omolabake Bada, a passionate Servant Leader, WTC began with a vision to create safe, nurturing spaces where young people could discover their identity and boldly walk in their God-given purpose.

What began as a local initiative has evolved into a global community dedicated to sustainable change and a holistic impact on lives. Our collaborations with local organizations, faith-based groups, and volunteers enable us to expand our reach and strengthen our influence across diverse regions and cultures. At the heart of everything we do is the belief that every child is valuable and capable of transformation. We’re not just building programs; we are building legacies of resilience, faith, and purpose.

Our Vision

We envision a world where every child is deeply loved, unconditionally supported, and intentionally empowered to reach their fullest potential. A world where children grow in confidence, character, and compassion, equipped not only to thrive in life but to lead others with faith, integrity, and a heart for service.
